The minute I walked in, the staff were so kind and helpful. They went over and beyond what you would expect from leasing agents. They were so personable, and helped me in so many ways. Unfortunately, I did not move here, but I feel like they were probably hands down the nicest leasing consultants you could ever work with!

I had the pleasure of living at Tremont for two years, and it was truly a wonderful experience. This luxury complex offers everything one could ask for in a comfortable and convenient living space. One of the highlights of living at Tremont is its fantastic location. The proximity to 3rd Ave provides easy access to a variety of shopping options, which was incredibly convenient for everyday needs. Additionally, having convenient access to the highway made commuting a breeze and allowed for exploring nearby attractions with ease. The staff at Tremont deserves special recognition for their outstanding service.

I have enjoyed living at the Tremont since it opened in 2016! I thought I would be here for a year or 2 and never left! I love the proximity to 3rd Ave, shopping, highway access etc. The building is immaculate and the grounds are gorgeous! Can’t say enough about the staff… all pay attention to detail, courteous, polite, helpful and are led by a property manager who sets the tone for excellence! The management and team are always readily available for their residents ! It’s a pleasure to call the Tremont “home”!

I lived at the Tremont for a year when it first opened. I had watched them build it and knew I wanted to live there, even for a short while. It was worth it. The management were (are!) fantastic. Super helpful, friendly, and willing to help with anything. One of the managers even gave me a bookcase she was selling. It felt like a great community. Gym was a great size and loved having both a pool and a dog park on site. The location is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the mall, 3 minute walk to Wegmans and the rest of 3rd ave. Perfect set up. Finishes were great in the apartments, I loved the backsplashes and the color schemes were great. Would absolutely recommend to others.

The Tremont is an amazing place to live. I submitted several service requests and maintenance immediately came to fix everything up and even scheduled a time to have a cleaning company come by. They are so quick to respond and such nice people. So far, I absolutely loveeee living here and would recommend the complex and management team to anyone and everyone!!
